Log In

Recent issues in the database have required some users to log in using a username, where in the past they have logged in with an email address. You may now resume logging in with your email address. Usernames will no longer work.

To request access to the database, select from one of the following options. After you have registered, a system administrator will review your registration and you will receive a username and password via email within three business days.

O&M Operators

If you provide Operation and Maintenance services and need to report to this database, use the button below.

Municipal Regulators

If you are a regulator seeking access to the septic permits in your town, use the button below.

Homeowners

Homeowners will be able to review the reports for their system and see how well their system is performing.

A system administrator will now review your application. You may be contacted via phone if questions arise.

You will receive an email within three business days with your username and password.
