Inspections List

View a list of the inspections submitted by your company.

To view inspections:

1. Under the heading “My Reports” click on “My Inspections.”
2. A list of inspections submitted by your company will appear.
3. By clicking on the headers at the top of each column, you can sort the list in ascending or descending order. For example, by clicking on “Municipality” you can sort the list A-Z, or Z-A.
4. You can also click on “Add Inspection” if you wish to submit an inspection.
5. You can also right-click the Permit Number of the report in question and click on "Print Inspection" to print a copy of the report in standard database format, or click on "Print DEP Form" to print the inspection in the format of the MassDEP Inspection and O&M Form for Title 5 I/A Treatment and Disposal Systems.
