To cancel a current O&M Contract for a client that is currently assigned to you:

  1. Under the heading "My Clients" click on the subheading "My Clients."

  2. Filter the list as needed to find the client in question. Once you have found the one in question, click on the Permit Number in the leftmost column to open the permit.

  3. The Permit View will appear. The second tab from the left should say "Contract." Click on this tab.

  4. Click on "Submit Contract Cancellation."

  5. Fill in the information as prompted by the system.

  6. Click on "Continue" to finish the submission.

  7. A system administrator will review this cancellation and remove this system from your list.
